Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, a keen eye for detail, and hands-on experience in managing a team of maintenance technicians. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment and systems are well-maintained to maximize productivity, safety, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Oversee regular preventive maintenance schedules and repairs for equipment, machinery, and building systems. Conduct regular inspections to identify areas in need of repair or improvement and implement corrective actions. Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ordering parts as needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs, and inspections. Collaborate with other departments to support production and operational goals. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies. Develop and train maintenance staff to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and HVAC system issues. Participate in budget preparation and cost control measures for the maintenance department. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role within hotel. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Familiarity with preventive maintenance management software is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
